ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. Anti-Hsp40 Antibody is recommended for use in WB, IP, and ELISA. Expect a band approximately ~40kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of Hsp40 on SDS PAGE immunoblots. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Description
Anti-Hsp40, YDJ1 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Hsp40 from yeast based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Hsp40 from other sources has not been determined. Heat Shock research.
