| Description | Secondary Antibody to Anti-Human IgAt was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgA coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgM or Human IgG. ELISA was used to confirm minimal cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes. |
