| Description | Anti-Human CD46 Therapeutic Antibody Fab Fragment (UA8kap). By two rounds selection, the anti-CD46 antibodie specifically bind to both live tumor cells and the recombinant human CD46-Fc fusion protein. The human anti-CD46 antibodies can internalize and enter tumor cells via the macropinocytosis pathway, and these antibodies as well as the antibody-drug conjugates can be used for the diagnosis and therapeutic targeting of CD46-over expressing tumors. |
