Description
Anti-TrpV3 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with TrpV3 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Recognizes constitutive and inducible plants Hsp70 (Hsc70/Hsp72). Cross-reactivity with TrpV3 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research.
Immunogen
TrpV3 Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the c-terminus region of rat TrpV3.
