ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Anti-TIRAP antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at ~34 kDa in size corresponding to TIRAP by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Description
Anti-TIRAP Antibody was purified from monospecific antiserum. This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with TIRAP with Human, Mouse and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with TIRAP from other sources has not been determined.
Immunogen
TIRAP Antibody was produced from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the C-terminus of mouse TIRAP.
