Expect a band at ~121 kDa in size corresponding to TLR7 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Description
Anti-TLR7 Antibody was purified from monospecific antiserum. This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with TLR7 with Human and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with TLR7 from other sources has not been determined.
Immunogen
TLR7 Antibody was produced from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a peptide corresponding to an internal region of mouse TLR7.
