ELISA, Western Blot. Anti-Phospho-Thr52 ATF2 Antibody is stored with 100 μg per ml BSA. This antibody is specific for the pT52. Expect a band at approximately ~72 kDa on speific lysates or tissues. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Immunolabeling of the ATF2 band is reduced by treatment of the cells with the PKC catalytic inhibitor Go6850.

Immunogen
Anti-Phospho-Thr52 ATF2 Antibody was produced in rabbits by repeated immunizations with a synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding phosphorlyated Thr52 of human ATF2 conjugated to KLH.
