    DescriptionAnti-Rho Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Rhodopsin from all mammalian species (human, mice, rat, bovine, pig etc.), most fish, birds, amphibians (frogs, Xenopus), anchovies based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Not Drosophila or other invertebrates. Cross-reactivity with Rhodopsin from other sources has not been determined. Signaling and GTPase research.
    ImmunogenRho Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations raised against bovine Rhodopsin.
