| Description | Anti-p53 pS392 antibody is directed against p53. The anibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification and is specific for the phosphorylated protein. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by lambda-phosphatase treatment. Reactivity is expected the following species based on 100% sequence homology: human and rat. Cross reactivity with p53 from other species has not been determined |
