    ApplicationsELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. This antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, western blot, and immunoprecipitation. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 40 kDa in size corresponding to Cybr by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Thisantibody detects endogenous and over-expressed Cybr protein and is capable of immunoprecipitating the antigen from lysates.

    DescriptionThis affinity purified antibody is directed against mouse Cybr. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Cybr from mouse and rat based on a 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
    ImmunogenThis antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region in the carboxy terminal portion of mouse Cybr.
