| Description | Anti-Parkin pS101 antibody is directed against human Parkin protein. The antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification and is specific for the phophorylated protein. Immunolabeling of the parkin band is absent in parkin S101 mutants. Reactivity is expected from the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine and non-human primates. Cross reactivity with Parkin from other species has not been determined. |
