| Description | Anti-Parkin pS378 antibody is directed against human Parkin protein. The antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification and is specific for the phophorylated protein. Immunolabeling of the parkin band is absent in parkin S378 mutants. This antibody is directed against human parkin proteins phosphorylated at Ser378. Cross reactivity with Parkin from other species has not been determined. |
