HSP40 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain (aa 1-340) and fused to a 20 aa His Tag at N-terminus, containing a total of 360 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 40.2 kDa. The HSP40 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
