SNX-2112 is a potent heat-shock protein 90 (Hsp90) inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. SNX-2112 selectively accumulates in tumors compared to normal tissues and binds to the N-terminal adenosine triphosphate binding site of Hsp90, inhibiting its activity.
