Mouse IgG (Fc) Magnetic ParticlesWHM-S118Absolute Mag? Anti-Mouse IgG (Fc) Magnetic Particles, Ferromagnetic, Fluorescent Pink (# WHM-S118) are prepared by either staining the polystyrene core of the beads with a solution of appropriate fluorophore or by polymerizing a fluorophore in styrene in the presence of polystyrene core particles. These coated fluorescent ferromagnetic particles allows for force measurements using fluorescent microscopy. The goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc) coated particles bind to the heavy chains of mouse IgG subclasses at the Fc region; thus, orientating the Fab fragments for optimal antigen binding. The beads are useful in immunoassay, cell isolation, mechanotransduction studying, etc. Application Notes:?
