Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) Magnetic Particles, Cross-linked, Cross Adsorbed (# WHM-S078) are coated with cross-linked polymer on the surfaces of iron oxide crystals to render them resistant to common organic solvents. The anti-mouse IgG (H&L) antibody coupled to the surface of particles are affinity purified and cross-adsorbed to achieve minimal cross-reaction with other immunoglobulins. The beads are ideal for immunoassays, immunoprecipitation, IP-western blots, cell isolation and protein purification with low non-specific binding.
