Rabbit Anti-Human JAK3 Polyclonal. Detects 125.016 kDa. A 1:250 dilution of SPC-1151 was sufficient for detection of JAK3 in 10 μg of Jurkat cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
