    DescriptionAnti-CD33 (h2H12ec)-Mc-VC-SGD-1882 ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (h2H12ec) conjugated via a Mc-VC linker to SGD-1882. The SGD-1882 is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, SGD-1882 binds to DNA, causes DNA damage.
