Rabbit Anti-Human ErbB4 Polyclonal. Detects 147 kDa. A 1:250 dilution of SPC-1140 was sufficient for detection of ErbB4 in 10 μg of mouse brain lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
