Description
Rabbit Anti-Human MTOR Polyclonal. Detects 289 kDa, 25 kDa. 25 kDa band may be a degradation product. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-798 was sufficient for detection of MTOR in 10 μg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
