Description
Mouse Anti-Human LC3C Monoclonal IgG1. Specific for LC3C. Does not detect LC3A, LC3B, GABARAP, GABARAPL1 or GABARAPL2. A 1:20000 dilution of SMC-212 was sufficient for detection of LC3C in lysate from cells expressing recombinant GST-tagged LC3C by electrochemiluminescence analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
