The ELISpotPRO kit is Mabtech's most innovative product featuring pre-coated plates and one-step detection. The kit enables enumeration of cells secreting monkey IFN-γ and contains ELISpot plates pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, ALP-conjugated antibody for one-step detection and BCIP/NBT-plus substrate. The included anti-CD3 mAb can be used to induce cytokine secretion and is dependent on number, nature and viability of accessory cells. The antibody cross-reacts with CD3 on cynomolgus and rhesus macaque T cells. React with human IFN-γ and cross-react with IFN-γ from non-human primates.
