Description
Anti-Prox1. Prox1 is a prospero related homeobox gene. Its expression pattern suggests it has a role in a variety of embryonic tissues. Prox1-deficient mice are devoid of lymphatic vasculature, and in these animals endothelial cells fail to acquire the lymphatic phenotype; instead, they remain as blood vascular endothelium.
Immunogen
The Prox1 antiserum was generated against the C-terminal 15 amino acids of mouse Prox1.
