Description
Rabbit Anti-Human SRC (pTyr529) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of Src only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 529 (pTyr529). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1429 was sufficient for detection of SRC (pTyr529) in 10 μg of human embryonic kidney epithelial cell line (hek293) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
