Description
Rabbit Anti-Human DDX4 Polyclonal. Detects endogenous level of total DDX4 protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1322 was sufficient for detection of DDX4 in 10 μg of HeLa, K562, 3T3 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
