Description
Rabbit Anti-Human Cyclin E1 (pThr395) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of Cyclin E1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 395 (pThr395). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1367 was sufficient for detection of Cyclin E1 (pThr395) in 10 μg of human cervical cancer cell line (hela) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
