This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Matrix Metalloproteinase 9. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Matrix Metalloproteinase 9 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 4.7-300 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 1.8 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Matrix Metalloproteinase 9 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
