Description
Rabbit Anti-THOP1 Monoclnal Antibody (EPR7651). Provided herein is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against Human THOP1. The antibody, clone EPR7651, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ICC, IF and WB. THOP1 is a kininase that uses zinc as a cofactor. THOP1 cleaves cytosolic peptides, making them unavailable for display on antigen-presenting cells. THOP1 also cleaves neuropeptides under 20 aa in length and can degrade beta-amyloid precursor protein to amyloidogenic peptides.
