Description
Mouse Anti-THOP1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3014). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to THOP1 (Thimet Oligopeptidase 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IHC, ICC, IF, IHC-P. THOP1 is a kininase that uses zinc as a cofactor. The encoded oligopeptidase cleaves cytosolic peptides, making them unavailable for display on antigen-presenting cells. THOP1 also cleaves neuropeptides under 20 aa in length and can degrade beta-amyloid precursor protein to amyloidogenic peptides.
