    DescriptionMouse Anti-Thop1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3016). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Thop1 (Thimet Oligopeptidase 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IP, IF, ELISA. Thop1 is involved in the metabolism of neuropeptides under 20 amino acid residues long. Thop1 involved in cytoplasmic peptide degradation. Able to degrade the amyloid-beta precursor protein and generate amyloidogenic fragments (By similarity).
