COX4NB Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids (1-210) and having a molecular mass of 25.9 kDa. The COX4NB is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
