Cells adherence to the extracellular matrix is one of the most common and widely studied phenomena. This process plays an important role in the life of multicellular organisms, which can affect cell motility, differentiation, cell cycle, proliferation and survival. It is also widely studied with different methods. Two methods are available at Creative Proteomics for the research the cell adhesion: pre-colored and after-colored. Both of them are of high sensitivity and accuracy, which can realize rapid and quantitative evaluation of cell adhesion.
