Mouse Anti-DDR2 Monoclnal Antibody (3B11E4). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human DDR2. The antibody, clone 3B11E4, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC, ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC-P and WB. Discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 2 (DDR2) is a member of the discoidin domain receptor subclass of the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTKs) protein family. DDR2 is a collagen-induced receptor that activates signal transduction pathways involved in cell adhesion, proliferation, and extracellular matrix remodeling. Mutations in this gene are the cause of short limb-hand type spondylometaepiphyseal dysplasia.
