Description
Rabbit Anti-Human COPA polyclonal antibody for WB, IHC. Coatomer subunit alpha, also known as, Alpha-coat protein(Alpha-COP) or HEP-COP (HEPCOP), and encoded by the gene name COPA, is a cytosolic protein complex that binds to dilysine motifs and reversibly associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles, which further mediate biosynthetic protein transport from the ER, via the Golgi up to the trans Golgi network. COPA is uniformly expressed in a wide range of adult and fetal tissues.
