hH3R + Gialpha2 + Gbeta1gamma2 + RGS4 recombinant protein
Description
The histamine H3-receptor is observed in neuronal cells and couples to Gi- and Go-proteins to mediate inhibition of the release of various neurotransmitters in the presynaptic membrane. hH3R reconstituted with Gi -proteins and RGS4 was prepared from Sf9 cells coinfected with hH3R- and Gi- and RGS4-encoding baculoviruses. hH3R contains a N-terminal FLAG-tag and a C-terminal hexahistidine (His6)-tag for immunological detection, to allow purification and to provide additional protection against proteolysis.
