    DescriptionPurity: > 90% by SDS - PAGE Format: Liquid in 20 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 20% Glycerol. PRDX1 is a member of the peroxiredoxin family of antioxidant enzymes, which reduce hydrogen peroxide and alkyl hydroperoxides. This protein is also known to be important to protect red blood cells against reactive oxygen species and in tumor prevention. Recombinant human PRDX1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by conventional chromatography techniques.
