The Quantikine Mouse MIP-1 alpha Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure mouse MIP-1 alpha levels in cell culture supernates and serum. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant mouse MIP-1 alpha and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Results obtained for naturally occurring mouse MIP-1 alpha showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values of natural mouse MIP-1 alpha. Range: 4.70 - 300 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 1.5 pg/mL. Time: 4.5 hours
