The powerful Magnetic Separator allows efficient magnetic separation using 1.5 ml, 15 ml, and 50 ml centrifuge tubes. The magnetic separator uses permanent, extremely strong, rare earth magnets embedded in the body and protected by a nylon polymer housing. The configuration of holes allows tube walls to come in the closest possible proximity to the magnets, which enable efficient separations in a minimum amount of time. With its compact design, the magnetic separator and inserted tube can be easily held in one hand while pippetting solutions away from magnetized pellets with the other hand. The separator contain four places for 1.5 ml tubes, one place for 15 ml, and one place for 50 ml tubes.
