This product was prepared from normal serum delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Cat IgG and anti-Cat Serum.
