    DescriptionRecombinant Mouse Anti-Extracellular Domain of Human ErbB4 Antibody Fab Fragment (mAb1479). Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb1479) Fab Fragment is specific to Extracellular Domain of Human ErbB4, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment localized the binding site of mAb 1479 on ErbB4 to a region on subdomain IV encompassing the residues necessary for ErbB4 cleavage. It also significantly blocked ErbB4 cleavage in breast cancer cell xenografts in vivo, and the inhibition of cleavage was associated with suppression of xenograft growth.Can be useful in applications such as: Western Blot; Immunofluorescence; Functional Study
