Peptides were selected to recognize staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) which cause food intoxication and can be used as a biological war agent. WWRPLTPESPPA, MNLHDYHRLFWY, and QHPQINQTLYRM, these three peptides show high binding affinity to SEB by the method of phage ELASA, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors and sequence analysis.
