Description
The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with specific antigen . Samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and incubated. Then add Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated -anti-human immunoglobulin to each well and incubate. Finally, substrate solutions are added to each well.
