DescriptionGrowth Related Oncogene (GRO)/Cytokine-induced neutrophil chemo attractant 1 (CINC1) was originally purified from media conditioned by IL1 beta stimulated rat kidney epithelioid cells (NRK52E). Amino acid sequence that encodes for rat CINC1 was identified in 1989 by Watanabe's group at Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University. CINC1 is a member of the alpha (CXC) subfamily of chemokines. Three additional rat CXC chemokines (CINC2alpha, CINC2beta, CINC3/MIP2) have been identified. The protein sequence of CINC1 is 63-67% identical to that of CINC2alpha, CINC2beta, CINC3/MIP2. In addition, GROalpha, GRObeta and GROgamma share 68%, 71% and 69%, identity respectively with CINC1. It has been suggested that CINCs are the rat counterpart of human GROs. Description: Serum. Synonyms: Polyclonal CINC2 beta antibody, Anti-CINC2 beta antibody.
ImmunogenGRO/CINC2 Alpha antibdoy was raised in rabbit using a synthetic peptide for CTerminal of rat GRO/CINC2 eta conjugated to bovine thyroglobulin as the immunogenSerum
