This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Cytochrome P450 2D6. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Cytochrome P450 2D6 and analogues was observed. Sample types: tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 1.56-100 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.65 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Cytochrome P450 2D6 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
