Description
Purified ≥60%. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa530-end of human MUSK with N-terminal his tag expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system (NM_005592). Specific activity: 6.9pmole/min/ug. Assay conditions: Add 50ul reaction mix (MUSK diluted in 1x kinase buffer supplemented with 0.2mM ATP) to wells coated with substrate. Incubate for 1 hour. Add Europeum-labeled anti p-Tyr antibody and incubate for 1 hour. Time resolved fluorescence measured at RT at lambda-exc=330±40nm and lambda-em=620±10nm. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
