This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Islet Amyloid Polypeptide. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Islet Amyloid Polypeptide and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 6.17-500 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 2.74 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Islet Amyloid Polypeptide were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
