The Ansh Labs' Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) CLIA kit is a quantitative three-step chemiluminescent immunoassay. The antibody pair was developed against specific linear epitopes on the associated dimers of AMH thus ensuring specificity and consistency of AMH detection. Calibrators are prepared using standardized recombinant human AMH ensuring accuracy and reproducibility assay-to-assay and lot-to-lot. The AMH CLIA kit is specific to human AMH (associated form) and detects the full length and enhanced biologically active associated forms of human AMH. Wide dynamic range of 0.06 - 11.6 ng/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states without the need to repeat testing of samples. Sensitive to 0.029 ng/mL.
