Mouse Cytokine Panel 2 kit is a multiplex bead-based assay, using fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 mouse cytokines, including IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-3, IL-7, IL-11, IL-12p40, IL-12p70, IL-23, IL-27, IL-33, IFN-β, GM-CSF and TSLP. This assay panel provides higher detection sensitivities and broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods.
