Isoform A: inactive in stimulating c-Src/MAPK signaling on hormone stimulation. Progesterone receptor isoform B (PRB) is involved activation of c-SRC/MAPK signaling on hormone stimulation. BioVision's PGR ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human PGR in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of human PGR captured from the samples.
