It effectively reduces tumor burden in vivo and blocks c-MET pTyr(1349)-mediated signaling, cell growth and migration as compared with a HGF antagonist in vitro. Through its balanced inhibitory potency versus MET, TIE2, and VEGFR2, altiratinib inhibits three major evasive (re)vascularization and resistance pathways (HGF, ANG, and VEGF) and blocks tumor invasion and metastasis.
